As explained on the early application page, it makes sense to apply.
If you wish to apply for any of the courses on this site, the initial step is to send in a complete Application Form. All documents that you need to enclose with the application are mentioned on the application form.
Application Forms can be e-mailed to prospective students upon request or downloaded directly form this webpage above.
Once your application form has been received and processed, depending on which course you wish to apply for, there are the following procedures you may be advised follow:
Most applicants need to attend for an entrance test and interview after they have submitted an application, regardless of their previous academic performance.
The following application form for Hradec Kralove faculty must be completed and signed.

Upon the successful acceptance onto the program, applicants must also submit additional Medical Form necessary for enrolment.
Only under special circumstances, we may select applicants for fast-track entry where entrance examination may not be required.
The entrance examination/interviews are usually held at The Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, in South Kensington, London and there are usually several possible dates to attend each year.
The first date for 2008 entry for Charles University, Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Kralove is Saturday 10th May, and this may be the only date cast this year due to a large number of applicants.
Demand for places at this Medical and Dental faculty is high and applicants are therefore advised to apply early to avoid being added onto a waiting list.
The applicants must attend an entrance examination either in June or September, regardless of their previous academic performance.

These forms should be sent to us WITH the M&D Application Form to our Croydon Address.

There are no entrance exams or tests for application to SMU (4-year Programme) or the M&D Pre-Med at Sussex University. Decisions for these courses will be made on basis of past academic achievements and in most cases followed by an interview. Applications should also be accompanied with the housing and monitoring forms. (The notes need not be sent as they are to assist you with filling in the forms.)
Once you have completed the form, you MUST print the form and sign it and post/fax to our Challenge House address as explained on the application form.

Official academic transcripts from University showing individuals modules completed with marks.
You are required to have modules in: Maths, Organic Chemistry (with Lab work), Inorganic (general) Chemistry,
Biology, English Communication, Humanities (Sociology/Psychology), Physics (recommended)
(Please contact us if you are lacking one or more of the above modules, so we can assist you with this.)

2 letters of recommendation. This can be from a course tutor, teacher or from relevant work-experience |

Personal statement. 1 side of A4 expressing your desire to read medicine.
Once M&D receive the above documents, applicants will be required to submit and online application form.

Once your application have been processed by M&D and SMU, a telephone or personal interview will be conducted by one of the admissions staff. |

On sections such as credit hours and premed course work, simply state that it is with M&D.
Once this is complete, please submit the online app fee of $75 to be paid by credit card.

All application forms must include an Application Form fee of £150.00 (inc. VAT) per University and £100.00 (inc. VAT) for any additional courses you wish to apply for.
For example, if you are applying to Charles University and SMU and the Pre-Med the total cost would be: 150 + 100 + 100 = £350.00 (inc. VAT)

We advise that you enclose your C.V., relevant references, a recent colour photo and any other material that may support your application, as described on the application form.
